Customer Support/ID Card Section Hours of Operation: 0800-1600
75FSS is appointment-only for ID Cards: Currently, the ID Cards Office offers 20 same-day appointments, which are available on a first-come, first-served basis every day except for Thursdays and training days. These same-day appointments are offered for Common Access Cards and Benefits Updates only. Please see our expediter when our doors open at 0800 in order to sign up.


  • The minimum age for initial USID card issuance is increased from 10 to 14 years.

ID Card/Customer Support Section
If you are coming to base to receive a new CAC or if you are trying to extend your certificates, please bring your laptop with you. Once you get a new card, you will need to connect your computer to the Air Force Network on base to log into it. If you do not complete this step, you will not be able to log into your system or VPN. 

As of June 2020, the following services will be offered without an appointment:
– CACs that are expiring within the next 3 days
– CAC/PIV Cert issues and resets
– CACs for new civilian hires
– DEERS benefits updates
– Deployments

The 75th FSS Military Personnel Flight (MPF) provides military personnel services and programs for active duty members and their families, Guard and Reserve members, and military retirees. In addition, the MPF provides readiness support in response to mobility exercises and worldwide contingencies.

The MPF manages a wide range of programs that impact on each individual’s career: accessions, appointments, assignments, promotions, qualification training, military schools, performance evaluations, strength accounting, health and fitness programs, retirements, and awards and decorations. During contingency operations, the MPF directs the flow of deploying personnel.

CAC/ID Card Appointments
Everyone including retirees and military dependents can make a CAC/ID Card appointment online using their personal computer! Click here to make an appointment. Military dependents must either have their sponsor present or the sponsor must fill out a DD Form 1172 and submit to DEERS beforehand.
