Hubbard Memorial Golf Course

Our golf course was designed by Stanley W. Hadden and opened the first nine holes in 1961; the second nine were completed the following year. Five sets of tees (gold, blue, white, yellow and red) give golfers a wide range of golf options from 7137 yards at the gold tees to 5012 yards from the red. No matter what your skill level you can select a length that suits your mood. If playing 18 holes, you will enjoy four par fives, ten par fours, and four par threes. One of the most challenging holes is the par four number ten. It has a fairway that slopes generously from right to left, shooting the ball to the left rough. What’s your favorite hole? Let us know on facebook and qualify for a pro shop gift certificate. The golf center has a fully stocked pro-shop and the Halfway House Snack Bar.

Joseph Summerhays: “I am excited to be teaching at Hubbard Golf Course this year. I have been a professional golfer for 18 years. In my playing career I’ve won many professional events and competed at the highest level on the PGA Tour. Learning and teaching the golf swing has always been a passion of mine. As I transitioned into more teaching time over the last 7 years. I have been using that knowledge to help others improve their ability to play the game of golf. I have been around golf my entire life and have developed a good eye for improving the golf swing, and I am confident that I can improve yours. Most recently I have been an instructor at Oakridge Country Club and Glen Eagle Golf Club, where I have experienced great success at helping golfers improve their games. I am excited to teach golfers of all abilities, from beginners to the most experienced golfers. I am ready to lower your scores so lets get to work. I hope to see you soon on the range.”
