To continually develop both our Military and Civilian Airmen who instinctively leverage their respective strengths together. To link their perspective with defined competencies and processes to prepare them to successfully lead and act in the midst of rapidly evolving requirements, while attempting to meet both their personal and professional expectations. Our intent is to develop leaders who motivate teams, mentor subordinates, and train successors.
