Head over to the Functional Fitness Area Hess Fitness Center for the “Falcon of Steel” Bench Press Powerlifting Competition Thu 25 May at 1700. Sign up in person at the Warrior Fitness Center, email Lee.smither.2@us.af.mil, or call us at 801-777-4617. (Sign up before the event is encouraged to help us prepare but sign up the day of will be permitted.) This will be part of a series of powerlifting events throughout the year to challenge yourself . Open to military, civilians and dependents ages 16+.
