Get Behind The Gate – Sponsorship & Advertisin

This is a solicitation for commercial sponsorship by a Nonappropriated Fund Instrumentality of the United States Government. It does not obligate appropriated funds or nonappropriated funds of the Government. (DAFI34-108 2.5.2.1)

At Hill AFB, Utah, our mission is to support Team Hill by enhancing morale, boosting resiliency, and building lifelong memories and experiences! By advertising/sponsoring with us, you have a direct avenue to one of the largest military communities that reaches Active Duty Military, Retirees, and DoD Civilians. Generate rapid exposure and increase visibility and traffic for your business with a variety of advertising opportunities “behind the gate.” There are many opportunities to support our Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) programs through commercial sponsorship!

Sponsorship Opportunities

Base-wide Events: $500 per event

Get face to face interaction with our community at our events. You will be allotted 10X10 space for product display.

Get your brand on our new 12’x7’ screen! It can display either images or video with sound!

  1. (Program Coming Soon) Event advertiser starting at $1,000/event
    •  Limited to 2 sponsors
    •  This is a single sided screen that will be placed by the entrance to the event.

Your brand, directly into thousands of hands! You send us your digital logo and we order the bags to give to patrons at events!   We use roughly 5k-7.5k bags per year. This sponsorship program ends until we run out of bags or a 1 year agreement.  Limited to 1 sponsor at a time.

$1 per bag - 2.5k increments

Get your brand into our community's hands! At almost every event, we have people ask if there is water available. So what better way to serve our community and get your name out there! You send us your digital logo and we partner with you to design the wrap. We will order, store, and handout the water. QR codes with email sign-ups for a giveaways and/or prizes are recommended. Program ends when water bottles are depleted.

12oz bottles – Qty 2,016 - $2,500

16.9oz bottles – Qty 1,728 - $2,500

Optional Addition – 34”x90” Banner Displayed at events with “free water” and company message - $500. Displayed at every event where free water is given away.

Get “Behind the Gate” and into our facilities!  Be here in person and get face to face interaction with our community! This new program allows you access to our facilities for a whole week! Limited to one sponsor per facility per week.  $750 per week

As an Air Force entity, we are subject to Department of the Air Force Instruction which gives us guidelines we have to follow.  From DAFI134-108 "Commercial Sponsorship and Sale of Advertising"

"Ensure each advertisement includes the approved disclaimer, “Paid Advertisement. No Federal endorsement of advertiser(s) intended.”

If the advertiser is another Federal entity (i.e., AAFES), the approved disclaimer is, “Paid Advertisement.”

Ensure disclaimers are one half the ad text size." (DAFI134-108 3.4.2.)

We have 14 monitors located  in high traffic areas around the base that runs continuously. Every Day, Every Month, All Year Round! We have an estimated 50,400 impressions per month across all monitors. $150/month with a 3 month minimum to help you gain the momentum you need. Bundle and Save!! $1500/year! That's two months free!

Featuring 20 AMF synthetic lanes, the Hill Bowling Center is one of the most modernly equipped centers in the Air Force! Above those gorgeous lanes we have 20 monitors that are ready for your advertisement! Almost half of our FSS customers surveyed said they visited The Bowling Center in 2022 and we are expecting that number to rise in 2023!
